Job Summary
Aeon & Trisl Real Estate Pvt. Ltd., a reputable firm located in Clifton, Karachi, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Coordinator to join their team. This full-time, on-site role is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of HR operations in alignment with multinational corporate standards. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Manager to handle internal HR tasks focused on documentation, data management, and administrative support, distinct from recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, self-driven, and enthusiastic about managing routine HR processes with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
The HR Operations Coordinator will be responsible for creating formal HR documents, letters, and policies that comply with corporate and multinational standards. They will coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation and orientation activities are completed promptly. Maintaining and optimising the HR department’s Google Drive is crucial, involving organising databases and creating structured, easily accessible folders.
Tracking employee attendance, managing leave records, and coordinating payroll-related data with the finance team are key tasks. The role also includes organising and managing internal HR events, job fairs, and employee engagement activities, requiring strong ownership and attention to detail. Accurate maintenance of employee records in both digital and physical formats is essential.
The coordinator will prepare and update regular reports, such as attendance summaries, leave reports, onboarding status, and event outcomes. Ensuring compliance with company policies and local labour laws is a critical responsibility. Supporting the transition from manual to digital HR systems, while maintaining data accuracy and integrity, is also part of the role.
The position requires creating, managing, and updating manual Excel sheets using formulas and tools vital for HR tracking and reporting. General administrative support to the HR team, including assistance with audits and record-keeping, is expected. Maintaining enthusiasm and focus on administrative and coordination duties to deliver consistent, accurate results is essential.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. They should have 2 to 4 years of experience in HR coordination, HR support, or administration, preferably within a corporate or multinational environment. A strong ability to draft corporate-standard formal letters, documents, and HR communications is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formula creation, and Word is essential. Experience with HRIS or HR software is an advantage. Candidates should have experience organising and maintaining effective data systems, particularly on platforms like Google Drive. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
A solid understanding of HR operational processes, document management, and compliance requirements is expected. Knowledge of local labour laws is preferred. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing their workload independently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

This position operates Monday to Saturday, from 9:45 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., based at the company’s office in Block 4, Clifton, Karachi.
