CALLSTONES is a rapidly growing BPO company providing a wide array of services including Limousine Dispatching, Digital Marketing, Customer Support, and Virtual Assistance. We serve clients across the USA, UK, Australia, and Canada. To support our expanding global footprint, we are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. This full-time role is based at our office in Bahria Town Phase 3, Rawalpindi, with an anticipated start date of June 30, 2025. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients across global markets to expand CALLSTONES’ business opportunities. This involves generating high-quality leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, freelancing platforms, email outreach, and other relevant sources. The candidate will be expected to effectively present and pitch our diverse service offerings to key decision-makers, showcasing the value CALLSTONES can deliver.
Scheduling meetings or calls for the core sales team to progress sales discussions is a critical part of the role. Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date lead pipeline is essential to ensure smooth tracking of prospects and opportunities. Additionally, the executive will focus on developing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to support sustained business growth and repeat engagements.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition roles, demonstrating a track record of success in generating and converting leads. Excellent English communication and negotiation skills are essential to effectively engage with international clients and decision-makers.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident in initiating contact with new clients independently. Familiarity with freelancing platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr, as well as tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM software, will be considered an advantage. A basic understanding of BPO or outsourcing services is preferred to better communicate the value proposition of CALLSTONES’ offerings.
