Key Responsibilities
The Educational Counselor will conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to evaluate students’ academic interests, goals, and career plans. They will provide expert recommendations on appropriate programs, universities, and educational pathways within the UK. Supporting students throughout the entire application process is essential, including helping with university selection, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring all admission requirements are met.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with UK-based educational institutions is a critical part of the role. This ensures the counselor stays informed about the latest admission policies, program offerings, and opportunities. Additionally, the counselor must keep up-to-date with trends and changes in the UK education system to provide accurate and timely advice to students.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. A minimum of 1.5 to 5 years of experience in counseling students for UK higher education is required. The candidate should possess comprehensive knowledge of the UK education system, including visa procedures and academic pathways.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively engage with students and educational institutions. Excellent organizational abilities are also necessary to handle multiple tasks and build productive relationships. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive, student-centered approach and be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of direct experience in UK education counseling. This position is full-time and requires in-person attendance.

The monthly salary for this role ranges from Rs40,000 to Rs120,000, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
