Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Business Development and Key Account Manager to join our team in Lahore. This full-time position plays a crucial role in expanding our client base by identifying and onboarding new business customers, while also managing and nurturing existing key accounts. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across various departments. This role is essential for driving business growth and ensuring smooth financial operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this role is to identify new business opportunities and onboard key account customers to broaden our client portfolio. You will be expected to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. Managing financial aspects is also critical; this includes overseeing the timely recovery of payments and following up on outstanding dues to maintain a healthy cash flow.

You will prepare and manage client proposals, addressing both technical and commercial requirements tailored to each client’s needs. Coordination with internal teams such as Finance, Product, and Technical departments is vital to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, proposals, and recovery reports is essential for transparency and effective reporting.

Regular communication with the Regional Sales Head is required to provide updates on client status and ongoing business development activities, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred. You should have between 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales, customer management, or key account management. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential to engage effectively with clients and internal teams. A proactive, target-driven mindset combined with excellent organizational abilities will help you succeed in this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in business sales support for approximately three years is preferred, adding valuable insight into the sales process and client management. This position is based in Lahore and requires in-person attendance. We offer a competitive monthly salary of up to Rs60,000.
