Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team at our Shahrah-e-Faisal office in Karachi. This full-time position is perfect for recent graduates or candidates with up to six months of experience who are eager to grow their accounting expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in QuickBooks, and possess strong English communication skills. Key Responsibilities
The Junior Accountant will be responsible for managing daily bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, ensuring the general ledger is accurate by recording journal entries promptly. You will process accounts payable and receivable transactions, prepare bank reconciliations, and generate monthly financial reports to support decision-making. Additionally, you will assist with tax filings and maintain compliance documentation to meet regulatory requirements. Supporting internal audits and performing financial data analysis will also be part of your duties. Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely reporting are critical to this role. Effective communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders in English is essential to facilitate smooth financial operations.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. We welcome fresh graduates as well as those with up to six months of relevant experience, including internships. Proficiency in QuickBooks—both Online and Desktop versions—is a must. A strong understanding of accounting principles combined with advanced skills in MS Excel is required to succeed in this role. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential to interact effectively within the team and with external parties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
