Key Responsibilities
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities within the lubricant sector to broaden our customer base. Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients is crucial, achieved through regular visits and consistent communication. You will provide clients with expert technical advice and detailed product knowledge, helping them select the most appropriate lubricants tailored to their specific requirements.

Delivering compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical support to both existing customers and potential clients will be a core part of your role. Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance goals consistently is expected. Additionally, you will prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of sales experience, ideally within the lubricant industry or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively manage and nurture customer relationships. A solid technical aptitude is necessary to understand and clearly explain lubricant products and their applications. Proven ability to meet sales targets and work independently with minimal supervision is also required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs70,000 per month, reflecting your experience and contribution. Additional benefits include a fuel allowance to support your travel requirements.
