CGI Video Maker

Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and technically skilled CGI Video Maker to craft visually stunning motion graphics, animations, and short-form sequences. In this role, you will work closely with creative teams, directors, and digital artists to transform ideas into engaging motion visuals for commercials, brand videos, UX/UI assets, and various digital media projects. Your creativity and technical expertise will be essential in delivering captivating content that resonates with audiences.

Key Responsibilities
Design and produce high-quality CGI animations, visual effects (VFX), and motion graphics using industry-standard software. You will interpret storyboards and creative briefs, providing innovative solutions to elevate the impact of visual storytelling. Your work will involve developing dynamic 3D environments, character rigs, particle effects, camera movements, transitions, splash screens, and other visual elements that enhance the narrative.

You will manage the entire production pipeline, including lighting, shading, texturing, simulation, rendering, and compositing, ensuring polished and professional final outputs. Optimizing workflows and troubleshooting technical challenges will be part of your daily responsibilities to guarantee projects are completed on time. Staying updated with the latest trends and techniques in CGI, VFX, and motion design is crucial to continuously improve the quality and creativity of your work.

Collaboration is key in this role. You will work effectively with editors, sound designers, and developers to synchronize visuals and refine project deliverables, ensuring a cohesive and compelling final product.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate strong proficiency in 3D software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or similar tools. Experience with compositing and post-production software like Adobe After Effects, Houdini, Nuke, or equivalents is essential. A solid understanding of 3D fundamentals—including modeling, rigging, animation, lighting, rendering, and texturing—is required.

Familiarity with rendering engines such as Arnold, Redshift, Octane, or Cycles is important to produce high-quality visuals. Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills are necessary to effectively convey ideas through motion visuals. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, collaborative, and capable of managing time efficiently under tight deadlines.

A portfolio or demo reel showcasing polished CGI or motion design work is mandatory to demonstrate your capabilities and style.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Computer Graphics, or a related field is preferred. Experience working within VFX pipelines or creating visuals using game engines like Unreal Engine will be advantageous. Knowledge of post-production processes, including editing, sound design, and basic color grading, is a plus.
