Key Responsibilities
The Social Media Marketing Specialist will play a vital role in developing and executing strategies that foster meaningful digital connections with our audience. You will manage and optimize the company’s presence across major social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. This includes planning, launching, and monitoring targeted online advertisements such as Facebook Boosts, stories, and updates to maximize brand visibility.
In addition, you will actively contribute to SEO initiatives by conducting keyword research and optimizing images to enhance our online reach. Managing the creation and distribution of newsletters and promotional emails across various digital channels will also be part of your responsibilities.
Generating innovative content marketing ideas and coordinating timely website updates will be essential to keep our digital presence fresh and engaging. Collaboration with design teams is key to improving user experience and ensuring cohesive branding.
You will be responsible for measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and Web Trends. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in online marketing is crucial to maintaining the relevance and impact of our strategies. Maintaining strong partnerships with media agencies and vendors will support the overall marketing efforts.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have at least five years of proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or in a similar role. A deep understanding of social media marketing principles, best practices, and B2C strategies is essential.
Experience with Google AdWords, email marketing campaigns, and SEO/SEM techniques is required. Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, ScreamingFrog, and Moz is expected.
Strong creative content writing skills combined with an analytical mindset and critical thinking abilities are necessary to succeed in this role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also important. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is required.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with experience working with e-commerce platforms, foreign companies, or international clients will be highly valued. Familiarity with AI tools for social media marketing is considered an advantage.

Working Hours and Job Type
This is a full-time, onsite position with working hours from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Candidates must be able and willing to work during these hours.
