Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes, specializing in Continental, Chinese, and Pakistani cuisines, ensuring authenticity and consistency.
- Maintain exceptional food quality, flavor, and presentation standards in line with the hotel’s expectations.
- Uphold strict cleanliness and hygiene protocols within the kitchen to comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Manage food inventory efficiently, including proper storage and handling of ingredients to minimize waste and maintain freshness.
- Work closely with kitchen colleagues and service staff to coordinate timely preparation and delivery of meals.
- Follow all food safety guidelines and hotel operational procedures rigorously to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in preparing and cooking Continental, Chinese, and Pakistani dishes.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy kitchen setting.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and hygiene best practices.
- Excellent teamwork skills paired with a positive, professional attitude.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts as required by hotel operations.

Working Hours and Location
This is a full-time position based at Grand Millennium Hotel, located at 9-A Davis Road, Lahore. The role involves working in rotational shifts to support the hotel’s operational needs.

Compensation
The starting salary for this position is Rs30,000.00 per month.
