Key Responsibilities
You will analyze warehouse and logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Developing dashboards, templates, and tools using Microsoft Excel and Power BI will be a core part of your role, enhancing data visualization and reporting capabilities. You will support the standardization of reporting formats and contribute to the digitalization of existing operational processes. Conducting real-time operational studies to detect losses and recommend actionable improvements will be essential. Close collaboration with operations teams is expected to understand their data needs and translate these into practical insights. Additionally, you will assist in documenting processes and suggest enhancements based on data-driven findings, ensuring continuous operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
We welcome candidates currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related fields. Final-year students and fresh graduates without prior experience are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel—including pivot tables, formulas, and charts—as well as Power BI is essential. A strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for problem-solving are critical for success. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment are required. An interest in logistics or warehouse operations will be advantageous. Candidates should be self-motivated, accountable, adaptable to change, well-organized, and proactive in their approach.
