Job Summary
Roshan Packages Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Warehouse to join their team in Lahore. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring efficient warehouse operations by accurately managing inventory, coordinating closely with the production department, and maintaining strict adherence to company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager Warehouse will be responsible for preparing daily stock and inventory reports with precision and punctuality. Maintaining an error-free paper store inventory is critical, along with ensuring strict compliance with all paper requisitions. The role requires real-time data management and accurate record-keeping within the company’s ERP system to support operational transparency and decision-making.

Optimizing the Finished Goods (FG) area is a key focus, aimed at improving production efficiency, maximizing space utilization, and increasing inventory turnover. The candidate will work closely with the production team to forecast inventory requirements, ensuring seamless coordination and uninterrupted workflow.

Strict enforcement of dispatch procedures and maintaining high standards of interdepartmental coordination are essential to this position. Monitoring store inventory against established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and rigorously upholding compliance protocols will be part of the daily routine. Additionally, maintaining and updating daily data sheets as required will support operational accuracy and reporting.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Arts (BA), or Commerce (BCOM). A minimum of six years’ experience in warehouse management is essential, with proven expertise in inventory control and ERP system utilization.

Strong organizational and coordination skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities, are required to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a solution-oriented approach. Attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence are critical attributes for this position.
