Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Officer to manage and coordinate office administration and support services, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy. You will provide essential support to senior management and staff by handling a variety of administrative tasks, managing office resources, and driving continuous improvements in office processes.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management:
You will oversee the daily functioning of the office to maintain an organized and productive work environment. This includes managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance requests to ensure everything is available and operational when needed.

Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to senior management and team members. Responsibilities include preparing, editing, and proofreading correspondence, reports, and presentations. You will also organize and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems, and professionally handle phone calls, emails, and other communications.

Procurement and Budgeting:
Assist in procuring office supplies and equipment with a focus on cost-efficiency and timely delivery. Monitor office expenses and prepare budget reports as required to support financial oversight.

Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure that all office activities comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. Prepare and submit various reports and documentation to management, and assist in internal and external audits when necessary.

Additional Tasks:
Provide administrative support across departments and contribute to special projects as needed. Help onboard and train new administrative staff members to ensure smooth integration. Continuously identify and implement opportunities to enhance office processes and procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working in a similar environment or within the F6 Islamabad area is preferred.
- This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary range of Rs40,000 to Rs50,000.
