Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join our surgical instruments manufacturing facility in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, handling administrative responsibilities, and promoting a disciplined and efficient work environment on the shop floor. This role demands a hands-on approach to both human resources and administrative tasks within a manufacturing setting, requiring strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding of factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

HR Functions:
The HR & Admin Executive will maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, attendance, and leave data. They will coordinate recruitment efforts, onboarding processes, and exit formalities to ensure smooth transitions. Managing payroll inputs, overtime tracking, and shift scheduling will be critical to support operational needs. The candidate must ensure strict adherence to factory labor laws and internal policies, supporting performance appraisals and employee relations activities. Additionally, they will serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from factory staff and workers, providing timely and effective responses.

Administrative Functions:
On the administrative side, the executive will oversee general office and factory administration to guarantee smooth day-to-day operations. This includes managing inventories of stationery and supplies, coordinating facility maintenance, and liaising with vendors and service providers to maintain operational efficiency. Maintaining workplace cleanliness and enforcing discipline standards on the shop floor are essential duties. The role also involves assisting with safety, health, and compliance initiatives to uphold a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a solid understanding of HR processes and labor regulations applicable to manufacturing environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively interact with staff at all levels, from shop floor workers to management. Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR management software is required. The ability to manage time efficiently, multitask, and resolve daily operational issues independently is crucial. Integrity, attention to detail, and a collaborative team spirit are key personal attributes for success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (BBA/BA/BS) is preferred. Candidates with 2 to 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment will be given priority. Experience in the surgical instruments industry or related sectors is considered an advantage. This is a full-time, on-site position based at the manufacturing facility in Lahore. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs55,000 to Rs70,000, commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
