Job Summary
The HR Officer is a crucial member of the human resources team, responsible for managing daily HR functions to ensure efficient and compliant operations. This role involves overseeing recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance tracking, policy enforcement, and maintaining positive employee relations. Reporting to the Head of Support, the HR Officer will help cultivate a supportive and productive workplace environment while ensuring all HR activities adhere to organizational standards and labor laws. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Lahore, offering a monthly salary range of Rs50,000 to Rs70,000.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from attracting candidates to successfully onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization. Oversee daily HR operations, including accurate attendance management and maintaining comprehensive employee records. Enforce company policies and labor regulations consistently, ensuring compliance across all departments. Act as a liaison to facilitate employee relations initiatives, promoting engagement and addressing workplace concerns in a professional manner. Prepare and maintain detailed HR documentation and reports to support management decisions and facilitate audits.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is essential. Candidates should have between 1 to 3 years of experience in an HR generalist or officer-level position. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are critical to effectively manage HR responsibilities and foster positive employee interactions. Proficiency in MS Office applications is required, with experience in HRIS software considered a valuable asset. A solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices is necessary to ensure compliance and effective policy enforcement.
