Job Summary
Soft Nation Technologies is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented female Procurement Executive to join their team based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. This full-time role operates from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm and focuses on managing procurement activities to ensure the timely, cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, purchase order processing, and inventory management, playing a key role in optimizing the company’s supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
The Procurement Executive will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating suppliers by considering price, quality, and delivery schedules to make informed procurement decisions. Negotiating contracts and purchase terms with suppliers to secure favorable conditions is a critical part of the role. The candidate will create and process purchase orders and requisitions accurately and promptly, ensuring smooth procurement workflows.

Monitoring inventory levels and forecasting procurement needs will help maintain adequate stock and avoid shortages. Coordination with internal departments is essential to understand purchasing requirements and align procurement strategies accordingly. Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data will support transparency and reporting.

The role also involves ensuring timely delivery of goods and addressing any supply issues or delays efficiently. Building and maintaining strong vendor relationships is vital to foster collaboration and reliability. Regularly monitoring supplier performance and suggesting improvements will help enhance service quality. Staying informed about market trends, pricing changes, and new product developments will enable the Procurement Executive to make well-informed decisions.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles is required, demonstrating practical knowledge of sourcing and purchasing processes.

Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential for managing supplier interactions and internal coordination effectively. Proficiency in MS Excel is necessary for data management and analysis. A solid understanding of sourcing and procurement techniques is important to optimize purchasing activities. The candidate must exhibit a high level of integrity and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and ethical conduct in all procurement tasks.

Job Type and Compensation
This is a full-time, in-office position located at Soft Nation Technologies’ office in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. The working hours are from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The starting salary for this role is Rs40,000 per month.
