Job Summary
Butt Karahi Beadia Restaurant, a well-established name specializing in authentic Desi cuisine, is looking for a committed and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore/Bedia. The role offers a competitive salary package along with residence and food provisions. Key Responsibilities
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery. This includes managing and motivating the staff, coordinating team activities, and maintaining high performance standards across all departments. A critical part of the role is to ensure exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns from guests. The manager will also be tasked with monitoring inventory levels and supplies to guarantee that the restaurant is well-stocked at all times. Compliance with health and safety regulations is essential, and the manager must enforce these standards consistently. Collaboration with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams is vital to ensure the quality of food and service meets the restaurant’s reputation.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have successfully completed their intermediate education (Inter clear) and possess at least one year of experience in restaurant management or a closely related field. This experience should demonstrate the ability to manage staff, oversee operations, and maintain customer satisfaction. Please note that this position is open to male candidates only.
