Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
As a Google/YouTube Ads Intern, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns across Google Search, Display, and YouTube platforms. Your tasks will include conducting keyword research, developing effective targeting strategies, and segmenting audiences to maximize campaign reach and engagement. You will perform A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to enhance campaign performance and conversion rates. Monitoring and analyzing campaign metrics using tools such as Google Ads Manager and YouTube Studio will be essential to track success and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will manage advertising budgets and implement bidding strategies aimed at maximizing return on investment (ROI).

Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess a basic understanding of Google Ads and YouTube Ads; having relevant certifications is an advantage but not mandatory. Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail are essential to evaluate campaign data effectively. A creative mindset is important for developing engaging ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences. Candidates must demonstrate a willingness to learn about ad optimization techniques and data-driven marketing strategies. Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager is beneficial. Basic video editing skills are a plus, especially for creating compelling YouTube advertisements.

Job Details
This position is located at G3, Mariam Diwan Heights, Plot No 253/1, Near Jama Masjid Ghafooria, Garden East, Karachi. The working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with alternate Saturdays off.
