Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our Affordable Care Act (ACA) Healthcare campaign. This role is centered on generating high-quality leads by engaging with potential customers and providing them with comprehensive information about ACA-related services. Ideal candidates will have strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer interactions and drive successful lead generation. This position requires working night shifts from 6:30 PM to 4:30 AM at our office located in Rani Arcade, Chandni Chowk, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads. You will clearly and effectively communicate ACA-related information, ensuring that potential customers understand the services offered. Identifying and qualifying leads based on predefined criteria is essential to maintain the quality of our campaign. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and lead statuses. Meeting daily and monthly lead generation targets consistently is crucial for success in this role. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with team members to achieve overall campaign goals and contribute to a positive team environment.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have good English communication skills, both verbal and written, to handle customer inquiries and provide clear, concise information. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to engage and persuade potential customers effectively. A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets is essential. The minimum educational requirement for this position is an intermediate level of education.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While previous experience in a call center or sales environment is preferred, fresh candidates with the right attitude and skills are encouraged to apply. Candidates with at least one year of experience as a Self Verifier will be given preference. We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 150,000 per month, complemented by performance-based bonuses to reward your efforts.
