Customer Sales Representative - Night Shift (US Based)

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound sales calls efficiently, ensuring that each interaction is productive and customer-focused. Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or solutions will be a core part of your role. Staying up-to-date with current products, promotions, and special offers is essential to provide accurate information to customers. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently is a key expectation.

Providing outstanding customer service and building strong rapport with clients will help establish trust and encourage repeat business. You will also be required to document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain detailed records. Prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries are critical to maintaining high satisfaction levels. Required Qualifications
Candidates should have between 2 to 8 years of experience in sales or customer service roles, demonstrating a solid track record of success. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, is required to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to persuade and influence customers positively.

A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to work will help you excel in this role. You should be a quick learner with effective problem-solving skills to handle various customer scenarios. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales systems is necessary to manage customer data and sales processes efficiently. Availability to work night shifts from Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, is mandatory for this position.
