Job Summary
Wah! Brands is actively seeking experienced Kitchen Leaders/Supervisors to manage and oversee kitchen operations at our Blue Area, Islamabad location. This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary between PKR 35,000 and 40,000. The ideal candidate will bring 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in kitchen management, preferably within quick service restaurants (QSR) or shawarma outlets. The role demands a proactive leader who can ensure smooth kitchen workflows while upholding exceptional food quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
The Kitchen Leader/Supervisor will be responsible for supervising daily kitchen operations to guarantee efficiency and consistent quality. This includes maintaining strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and portion control guidelines. The role involves training, mentoring, and leading kitchen staff to ensure timely and reliable service delivery. Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory management is essential to avoid shortages and maintain seamless operations.
