Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor specializing in Bridal Couture to manage the entire production process of luxury bridal garments in Lahore. The successful candidate will oversee the workflow from sampling through final delivery, ensuring all bridal orders are completed punctually and meet the highest standards of craftsmanship. This role demands strong leadership to coordinate a diverse team of artisans while maintaining strict quality control. The supervisor will work closely with design and client service teams to accommodate customization requests and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Production Management:
Take full responsibility for the bridal couture production cycle, ensuring all garments are completed on schedule according to the production calendar and client deadlines.

Team Supervision:
Lead and manage teams including tailors, embroiderers (with expertise in adda work), fabricators, and finishers. Maintain high labor productivity, enforce discipline, and ensure compliance with company standards.

Quality Control:
Oversee every stage of production to guarantee exceptional craftsmanship. This includes monitoring embroidery details, stitching precision, and finishing quality. Conduct thorough final inspections before garments are approved for delivery.

Material Coordination:
Collaborate with design and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of fabrics, embellishments, and other materials. Track material consumption carefully to reduce wastage.

Client Customization Handling:
Work closely with designers and client service teams to fulfill custom bridal piece requirements. Manage last-minute alterations efficiently without compromising quality or deadlines.

Workflow Planning & Documentation:
Create and maintain daily and weekly production schedules. Keep detailed records of production progress, workforce attendance, and any quality issues encountered.

Collaboration with Designers:
Interpret design sketches and translate them into actionable production guidelines. Provide technical advice to improve manufacturability and workflow efficiency.

Cost & Resource Management:
Optimize production costs while maintaining quality standards. Manage outsourced work involving vendors or freelance artisans to ensure consistency.

Compliance & Safety:
Ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols and ethical labor practices in line with Pakistani labor laws. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment.

Training & Development:
Train junior staff on couture production techniques and quality benchmarks. Stay updated on new methods in hand embroidery, fabric handling, and finishing processes.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in bridal or high-end fashion production.
- Strong knowledge of Eastern bridal embroidery techniques such as zardozi, gota, resham, and dabka.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
- Fluency in Urdu is essential; basic English proficiency for documentation is advantageous.
