Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead a dairy outlet situated near Barkat Market, Lahore. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing coffee or bakery brands, coupled with proven leadership skills and the ability to efficiently oversee daily operations. This full-time role offers a competitive monthly salary between Rs. 75,000 and Rs. 80,000, along with performance-based profit sharing after successfully meeting probationary targets within the first three months. The position demands a hands-on manager who can uphold high standards of hygiene, product quality, and customer satisfaction while effectively managing stock, suppliers, and cash flow.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, build, and manage a motivated team to ensure smooth and efficient outlet operations.
- Oversee daily sales activities and the overall functioning of the dairy outlet.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and coordinate seamlessly with suppliers to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- Handle cash management and financial transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Enforce strict hygiene, cleanliness, and product quality standards to meet brand expectations.
- Address customer queries and complaints promptly, ensuring professional and satisfactory resolutions.
- Supervise home delivery services to guarantee timely delivery and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- A graduate degree is mandatory for this role.
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of proven experience managing a coffee or bakery brand.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in daily sales and operations management within a dairy outlet environment.
- Candidates must be at least 25 years old.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage effective teams.
- Willingness to work on Sundays, as these are designated working days; employees are entitled to 9 holidays every three months.
