Customer Calling Agent

Job Summary
Mars BPO Pvt Ltd is actively seeking motivated Customer Calling Agents, both male and female, to join an in-house international campaign operating on a night shift schedule. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills who are comfortable engaging potential customers via phone to present and demonstrate our products and services. The position involves interacting with both prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and provide customized solutions that drive sales and improve customer satisfaction. Successful candidates will play a vital role in supporting the company’s rapid and sustainable growth by consistently meeting and exceeding business targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell products and services.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions using CRM software and ticketing systems.
- Utilize effective marketing, sales, and negotiation techniques to achieve set targets.
- Demonstrate a results-oriented mindset with strong self-motivation and enthusiasm for sales.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals to qualify for bonus incentives.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer calling or sales-related roles.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, sales processes, and negotiation strategies.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product information.
- Self-driven with a strong focus on achieving measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Freshers are welcome to apply and can expect a starting salary ranging from Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month.
- Candidates with relevant experience may earn between Rs. 45,000 and Rs. 50,000 per month.
- Full-time employees receive a competitive basic salary of Rs. 50,000 along with attractive bonus plans.
- Bonus earnings can reach up to Rs. 1,000,000 based on individual performance.
- Transportation services, including drop-off, are provided exclusively for female employees for added convenience and safety.
- This is a full-time, in-person position based at the company’s Karachi office, located on the 2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road, Merewether Road, Civil Lines, near Avari Towers.
