This full-time, on-site role operates during night hours from 8 PM to 5 AM and offers a competitive salary package. Key Responsibilities
- Develop compelling and business-oriented content for social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Write blogs, social media posts, captions, and promotional content that reflect the company’s brand voice and strategic goals.
- Conduct ongoing market research to stay updated on industry trends and ensure content relevance.
- Create social media captions, posts, and marketing copy designed to resonate with the target demographic.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure all content aligns with broader campaign strategies.
- Implement SEO best practices and utilize trending hashtags to maximize content visibility and engagement.
- Monitor the latest social media trends and algorithm updates to continuously optimize content performance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in content writing, with a focus on social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of business-related content creation and market research methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to write attention-grabbing captions, engaging posts, and effective promotional content.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and content performance measurement.
- Knowledge of SEO techniques, hashtag strategies, and current social media trends.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and consistently meet deadlines.
