Job Summary
We are a fast-growing technology company focused on delivering high-quality mobile and web applications. Our team is composed of talented professionals skilled in Flutter, MERN Stack, and Laravel. To support our continued expansion, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager. This role is pivotal in streamlining project delivery, managing client communications, and supporting our development teams to ensure projects are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing multiple software projects from initiation through to successful completion. You will work closely with developers specializing in Flutter, MERN Stack, and Laravel, translating project requirements into clear, actionable tasks and assigning them effectively to team members.

Monitoring project progress is essential to ensure deadlines are met and quality benchmarks are maintained. You will facilitate agile practices by leading regular stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives. Maintaining active and transparent communication with clients is critical—this includes gathering requirements, providing timely updates, and addressing any feedback promptly.

Risk identification and mitigation will be a key part of your role, ensuring potential challenges are managed proactively. You will also utilize project management tools such as Trello, ClickUp, Jira, or similar platforms to organize workflows, track timelines, and maintain thorough documentation of processes, requirements, and final deliverables.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience as a Project Manager within software development environments. A strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is essential.

Familiarity with mobile application development using Flutter, as well as web technologies including MERN Stack and Laravel, is required to effectively collaborate with the technical team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to manage relationships with both internal teams and clients.

Strong organizational abilities, including multitasking and prioritization, are crucial to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or ClickUp is expected. Experience managing remote and cross-functional teams will be considered an asset.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time contract position with a duration of 12 months. The role offers competitive monthly compensation ranging from Rs 30,000 to Rs 60,000.
