Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary
We are looking for a committed recruitment professional to oversee the entire hiring lifecycle within our organization. This role involves sourcing candidates through multiple job advertising channels, managing full-cycle recruitment activities, and delivering a smooth onboarding experience for new employees. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively extend and close job offers. This position operates during night shifts, offering a dynamic work environment paired with a competitive salary package.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates by leveraging a variety of job advertisements and recruitment platforms.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviewing, and final selection.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience by coordinating all necessary documentation and processes for new hires.
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and conduct negotiations to secure their acceptance.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to facilitate a smooth transition from offer acceptance to employee onboarding.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills essential for offer placement and candidate onboarding.
- Availability to work night shifts from 7 PM to 4 AM.
- Commitment to working Monday through Friday in an on-site work environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Competitive monthly salary of up to Rs 120,000, with the final offer up to Rs 110,000 depending on experience.
