Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Executive to join our B2B sales team, based in Gulshan-e-Maymar, Karachi. This full-time, in-person role offers transport facilities and focuses on maintaining and expanding sales within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will manage customer relationships effectively, ensure smooth order processing, and contribute to meeting sales targets. A basic understanding of sales operations and proficiency in written communication through email and messaging platforms is essential.

Key Responsibilities
The Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining baseline sales across all customers within the assigned region. Daily tasks include addressing and resolving customer queries promptly to ensure satisfaction and smooth operations. Keeping customer records accurate and up-to-date is crucial; this includes managing quotes, sales orders, invoices, account statements, and returns.

Processing customer orders efficiently is a key part of the role, requiring close coordination with the warehouse and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery. The Sales Executive will also be accountable for achieving monthly and yearly sales volume targets that align with the company’s business objectives.

Additionally, monitoring outstanding payments and managing credit limits are important to maintain healthy cash flow. The candidate will ensure timely recovery of dues while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. While extensive experience is not mandatory, 3 to 6 months of relevant sales experience is required to handle the responsibilities effectively.

Strong basic written communication skills are essential, as the role involves regular correspondence via email and WhatsApp. Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Excel is also necessary to manage customer records and communications efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Preference will be given to female candidates and those residing near the work location in Gulshan-e-Maymar, Karachi, to facilitate ease of commute and punctuality.

The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs45,000, along with a transport allowance to support daily travel.
