Job Summary
ABS International is looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Assistant to join their HR team at the Gulshan-e-Iqbal office in Karachi. This full-time position operates on an evening shift from Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT. The role offers a unique opportunity to build recruitment pipelines for global teams and gain comprehensive experience managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes for international operations. The salary for this position is competitive, offering up to PKR 40,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Assistant will be responsible for executing full-cycle recruitment activities. This includes posting job openings on platforms like Indeed, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process is essential to ensure a positive experience. The role also involves handling onboarding documentation to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases is critical, requiring 100% precision to support HR operations. Additionally, the assistant will support compliance-related activities, ensuring all recruitment processes adhere to company policies and legal requirements. The role may also involve assisting in the coordination of training sessions and other HR initiatives as needed.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is required to effectively manage the responsibilities of this role.

A strong professional network is important, with candidates expected to have over 500 active LinkedIn connections to aid in sourcing and outreach efforts. Proficiency in HR documentation and experience with Human Resource Information System (HRIS) software are essential for maintaining accurate records and streamlining recruitment workflows.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders, especially given the international scope of the recruitment activities.
