Job Summary
Atlantis RCM is actively seeking motivated Cold Calling Agents to join our onsite outreach team based in Islamabad. This role involves making between 500 and 1,000 outbound calls daily to healthcare providers, aiming to generate qualified leads for our sales consultants. As a Cold Calling Agent, you will engage prospects effectively, qualify them for our healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) services, and schedule follow-up appointments. Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls daily using an auto-dialer system. Engaging with prospects to assess their suitability for RCM-related services is a critical part of the role. You will also schedule appointments and follow-up calls for senior sales consultants, ensuring a smooth handover of qualified leads. Maintaining accurate call logs and tracking your daily performance metrics is essential to monitor progress and meet targets.
Required Qualifications
Candidates with previous experience in cold calling or call center environments are preferred. However, fresh candidates with strong spoken English skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. The ability to consistently make over 500 calls per day is crucial for success in this role. Strong communication skills, confidence, and persistence in outreach efforts are necessary to engage prospects effectively. A basic understanding of CRM tools is beneficial, but candidates who are eager to learn these systems will also be considered.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Atlantis RCM offers a competitive basic monthly salary complemented by commission per qualified lead, providing uncapped earning potential for high performers. This is an onsite position located at i9/3, Islamabad, with working hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
