Job Summary
IgniteTech is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to join our team remotely on a full-time contract basis. This role centers on delivering AI-powered features that create tangible business value, particularly in enhancing customer engagement, retention, and operational efficiency. Unlike traditional strategic product roles focused solely on roadmaps, this position demands active participation in defining, building, and shipping AI solutions that end users will adopt. You will work closely with machine learning engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications, carefully balancing model accuracy, speed, and cost. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with direct experience launching AI-driven products and a solid grasp of both business and technical challenges involved in scaling AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate specific applications of generative AI technology within IgniteTech’s existing product portfolio. You will be responsible for developing detailed product roadmaps and creating proof-of-concepts (POCs) that clearly demonstrate the AI vision behind new features. Leading the rollout of AI-driven functionalities will be a critical part of your role, including proactively addressing any barriers to customer adoption and ensuring smooth integration with current product suites. Designing customer-centric AI solutions that boost product adoption, engagement, and retention is essential. Collaboration with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, and business stakeholders—is key to ensuring AI features align with real-world business needs and deliver measurable outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of product management experience in the B2B software industry, with 5 years preferred. Proven professional experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to automate repetitive tasks is essential. Strong communication skills are required to clearly articulate complex AI concepts during interviews and team discussions. The ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage responsibilities without direct supervision is mandatory. Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications for AI-powered products is critical to success in this role.
Additional Information
This is a remote, full-time contract position offering a monthly compensation of Rs 2,240,000. Candidates must be willing to provide full access to their Payoneer account for payment processing throughout the contract. IgniteTech will support candidates in successfully passing assessments on the Crossover platform. Please note, IgniteTech retains a 50% commission on payments processed via Payoneer. This role does not involve software engineering or technical support duties.
