SparkPro Technologies is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive specializing in B2B sales to join our team on a night shift basis. This full-time role is located in Bahria Town Phase 7, Islamabad, and offers a competitive salary along with performance-based incentives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, skilled at building strong business relationships, and capable of working independently while contributing to the company’s growth in a fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing business clients.
- Identify new B2B sales opportunities and actively participate in lead generation efforts.
- Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting potential clients to successfully closing deals.
- Understand client requirements thoroughly and propose tailored solutions aligned with SparkPro’s product offerings.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators to drive team success.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions for clients.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development roles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish trust and close deals effectively.
- Strong ability to identify sales opportunities and convert them into successful outcomes.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Willingness and availability to work night shifts with flexible hours.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems to efficiently manage client interactions and sales pipelines.
