FSC Integrated Services (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join one of Pakistan’s leading banks in a full-time capacity. This position is located in Karachi on I.I. Chundrigarh Road and offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with up to one year of experience to advance their careers in the banking sector. The role involves direct interaction with customers and demands a proactive approach to delivering high-quality service within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Candidates must be no older than 32 years and will be required to work on a rotating shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone to assist with various banking inquiries and transactions.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to customer questions, concerns, and requests.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule.
- Open to both male and female candidates.
- Maximum age limit of 32 years.
