Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone to assist with various banking inquiries and transactions.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to customer questions, concerns, and requests.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule.
