Content Moderator - Urdu Speaker

Accenture Malaysia is looking for a detail-oriented and culturally sensitive Content Moderator fluent in Urdu to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role requires relocation to Malaysia and involves reviewing user-generated content across multiple formats to ensure a safe and respectful online environment. The position focuses on monitoring content in Urdu, including text, images, and videos, to ensure compliance with platform policies and legal standards. The successful candidate will take appropriate action on harmful or policy-violating material, contributing to the overall integrity of the platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Review user-generated content such as text, images, and videos, including sensitive material, to ensure compliance with platform policies and legal requirements.
- Identify and take action on harmful content, including hate speech, bullying, graphic violence, and content that impacts child safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve flagged content efficiently.
- Support continuous improvements in moderation processes and policy enforcement.
- Ensure content moderation strategies align with the standards and expectations of short video platforms.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Valid international passport to facilitate relocation and employment processing.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Urdu and English.
- Willingness to relocate to Malaysia for an in-person work setting.
- Ability to review sensitive and potentially disturbing content with professionalism and resilience.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and sound decision-making skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
