We are currently looking for dedicated Banking Helpline Agents to join a reputable telecom company based in Lahore. This full-time position focuses on delivering outstanding customer service by managing inbound calls related to banking inquiries. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the banking sector, especially in customer service roles, and demonstrate strong communication skills to efficiently resolve customer issues and manage account information. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls promptly with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints by providing accurate information and effective solutions.
- Process customer orders by verifying details carefully and handling payments efficiently to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain and update customer account information regularly to guarantee accuracy and relevance of data.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least six months of experience working in the banking sector as a Customer Service Representative (CSR).
- Must be able to work onsite at the Lahore location, demonstrating reliability and commitment to in-person collaboration.
