To support this growth, we are seeking an experienced Social Media Expert to lead and elevate our company’s online presence. This role focuses on driving business results through strategic social media marketing, enhancing brand visibility, and generating qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across key platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. This involves developing and executing strategies aimed at increasing engagement, expanding follower bases, and strengthening brand awareness.

A critical part of your role will be identifying potential clients through social media channels, initiating meaningful conversations, and nurturing these relationships to convert prospects into leads. Additionally, you will occasionally oversee social media accounts for our clients as part of external brand partnerships, ensuring consistent and effective brand representation.

Content creation is another core responsibility. You will produce, schedule, and manage high-quality, on-brand content on a regular basis to maintain an active and engaging social media presence. Monitoring social media performance metrics is essential; you will analyze data and provide regular reports that include actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a strong understanding of current social media trends and platform algorithms to stay ahead in a fast-evolving digital landscape. Excellent written communication skills and the ability to conduct effective outreach are essential for engaging audiences and generating leads.
