Job Summary
Zan Rizvi & Associates, a well-established CPA firm located on Shahra-E-Faisal in Karachi, is looking to hire a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant. This part-time position offers flexible hours and is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can effectively support the firm’s daily administrative operations. The role focuses on managing executive calendars, coordinating internal invoicing, and facilitating smooth communication within the office. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficient workflows and contributing to the overall administrative effectiveness of the firm.

Key Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing and coordinating executive calendars and client appointments, ensuring all schedules are timely and well-organized. This includes arranging follow-ups and reminders to keep the team on track. The role also involves posting job listings on Upwork, managing candidate communications throughout the hiring process, and conducting necessary follow-ups to support recruitment efforts.

Invoicing duties include handling simple internal invoicing tasks related to client billing and internal tracking. While advanced accounting skills are not required, accuracy and attention to detail are essential. The candidate will also monitor and organize email communications, flagging important messages and managing task reminders to ensure nothing is overlooked.

Additional responsibilities include organizing both physical and digital files to maintain orderly workflows and providing general administrative support as needed. The Administrative Assistant will also assist with various projects and tasks assigned to improve office operations and efficiency.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative support or a similar role.
