Job Summary
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate accounts receivable records, managing daily cash activities, and supporting the overall financial administration of the company. This position demands strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities to engage effectively with clients and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs60,000.

Key Responsibilities
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing general administrative tasks related to accounts receivable. This includes maintaining and updating accounts receivable records to ensure that aging reports are accurate and current. The specialist will ensure that credits and collections are properly applied, uncollectible amounts are recorded appropriately, and any discrepancies are promptly resolved.

Daily cash management duties are also a critical part of this role. The specialist will record bank deposits, update and distribute cash receipt logs, and post cash transactions to the accounts receivable sub-ledger. Monitoring outstanding accounts receivable is essential, and the specialist will proactively contact clients through telephone, email, and mail to facilitate timely collections.

Additionally, the role involves preparing analytical reports and ratio analyses related to accounts receivable. These reports will provide management with valuable insights into collection performance and trends, supporting informed decision-making and process improvements.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess at least an Associate’s degree or an equivalent educational background. Proven experience in accounts receivable or accounts payable functions is essential to succeed in this position. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate the ability to drive process improvements within financial operations, contributing to increased efficiency and accuracy.
