Job Summary
A reputable manufacturing company specializing in furnishing products is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their showroom team based in Karachi. This full-time role involves managing various accounting and finance-related tasks within the company’s ERP system and supporting the showroom’s financial operations. The successful candidate will work directly from the Karachi office, contributing to accurate financial record-keeping and assisting management with additional responsibilities as needed.

Key Responsibilities
The primary duties of this position include managing and updating postings in the ERP system with accuracy and timeliness. The candidate will be responsible for performing bank reconciliations to ensure that financial records align with actual bank statements, thereby maintaining the integrity of the company’s financial data. Data management tasks related to accounting and finance will also be a critical part of the role, requiring careful handling and organization of financial information.

In addition, the candidate will prepare and maintain accounting entries, including cash books and bank books, ensuring all records are up to date and compliant with company standards. The role also involves supporting management by executing any additional tasks assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to workplace responsibilities.

Required Qualifications
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounts, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field such as BS or BBA. A minimum of one year of relevant experience in accounting or finance is essential to ensure familiarity with core financial processes and principles.
