Digital Marketing Assistant

Job Summary
ESOLS Technologies is looking for a motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and management of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and assist with social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
- Create and schedule posts, stories, reels, and other digital content to maintain active audience engagement.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support email marketing efforts by assisting with campaign setup and newsletter distribution.
- Help develop marketing materials and research potential leads for B2B marketing initiatives.
- Provide general project and task support to the marketing team as needed.
- Collaborate closely with designers and other team members to plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns effectively.

Required Qualifications
- Educational background of FSc/Intermediate or equivalent.
- Strong enthusiasm and genuine interest in digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft clear and compelling messages.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in digital marketing or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Creative mindset with adaptability and a passion for staying current with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
