Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Officer to join our team at the plaza in Shahalam Market, Lahore. This role is vital in driving the promotion of our products and services through outbound calling, handling inbound customer inquiries, and supporting the broader sales and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities
The Customer Support Officer will be responsible for conducting outbound calls aimed at promoting our products and services, effectively generating leads that contribute to sales growth. Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and sales outcomes is critical for tracking progress and informing future strategies.
