Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Solar Site Surveyor to join our team based in DHA Phase 8, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough on-site assessments to collect accurate data critical for the design and installation of solar energy systems. This role is essential in ensuring the precision, efficiency, and overall success of solar projects by delivering comprehensive site evaluations and collaborating closely with design and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
The Solar Site Surveyor will conduct physical site surveys utilizing various measurement tools and techniques to assess the suitability of locations for solar installations. This includes evaluating roof structures, electrical panels, and other relevant site components to determine feasibility and potential challenges. The role requires capturing detailed photographs and notes to document existing site conditions accurately.

Preparing precise site survey reports is a core responsibility, which involves performing shading analysis, taking roof measurements, and identifying any site-specific risks that could impact the project. The surveyor will work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure that all survey data is complete and accurate, facilitating smooth project progression.

Maintaining compliance with local codes, safety standards, and project specifications is critical. Additionally, the surveyor will engage professionally with clients during site visits to support effective communication and project execution.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have a minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in solar or construction surveying. However, fresh graduates with a strong technical foundation are also encouraged to apply. A diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical discipline is required.

Familiarity with solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and site assessment tools such as Solar Pathfinder, inclinometer, and measuring tape is essential. Basic knowledge of electrical systems and roof structures is also necessary to perform accurate evaluations.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills. The ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively is important. Having personal transportation is considered an advantage, enabling timely travel to various site locations.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time position with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. The role is based on-site at DHA Phase 8, Lahore, requiring physical presence for surveys and coordination.

We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs50,000, reflecting the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
