We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Officer to oversee daily administrative operations, coordinate with vendors, and provide essential support across departments. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of our office activities.
Key Responsibilities
The Admin Officer will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep the office running seamlessly. This includes maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders as necessary to avoid disruptions. Handling all incoming and outgoing correspondence such as couriers and emails is also a key part of the role.
You will coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management to ensure timely maintenance and uninterrupted services. Working closely with the HR team, you will maintain employee records, attendance data, and other important documentation.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional office environment is essential. You will organize meetings, events, and training sessions, taking care of the preparation of materials and refreshments. Supporting travel arrangements, including hotel bookings and transportation, will also fall under your responsibilities.
Managing petty cash, utility bills, and other office-related expenses is required, along with assisting in the enforcement of company policies and procedures across departments. Additionally, you will ensure the security and upkeep of office infrastructure and IT equipment. Acting as a primary point of contact for general office inquiries will round out your duties.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. A minimum of two years’ experience in administrative or office management roles is essential. Strong organizational and time-management skills are critical to succeed in this position.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with internal teams and external vendors. The ability to multitask and work independently is a must. Familiarity with procurement and vendor management will be considered an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While a Bachelor’s degree is required, intermediate education is also preferred for candidates with relevant experience. The position is based in Lahore Johar Town, so candidates should have reliable commuting options or be willing to relocate before starting.
We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs42,000. Additional benefits include annual company trips, performance bonuses, Eid bonuses, and company-sponsored meals.
