Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and espresso beverages while providing exceptional customer service. Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays is essential to meet the demands of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks in accordance with company standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every cup. You will take customer orders and deliver fast, friendly service to create a welcoming and positive experience for every guest. Operating coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers with proficiency is a critical part of the role.

Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including customer areas, is vital to uphold hygiene and safety standards. You will also be responsible for restocking inventory and cleaning equipment regularly, following all health and safety guidelines meticulously. Collaboration with team members is essential to ensure smooth daily operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
Strong communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with customers and team members. The ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail is crucial. We seek candidates who demonstrate a positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays, is required. The role also demands physical stamina, as you will be expected to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 30 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Previous experience as a barista or in customer service is preferred but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidate. This is a full-time, on-site position offering competitive pay of up to Rs50,000.00 per month.
