AI-First Content Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced professional to join our AI-driven content operations team in a full-time remote capacity. This role centers on producing and refining high-quality, user-facing content such as forums, knowledge bases, blogs, event guides, and community materials that support mission-critical SaaS products. The position requires a strong focus on precision, clarity, and scalable content systems, leveraging generative AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to enhance and validate AI-generated outputs.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in editing AI content to publication-ready standards, identifying errors, and providing structured feedback to improve AI retraining and overall content quality. This role goes beyond basic copyediting or content moderation; it demands a strategic approach to elevate AI-generated materials and drive systemic improvements through detailed analysis and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- Refine and validate AI-generated content across diverse formats, ensuring polished, client-ready outputs that adhere to high editorial standards.
- Analyze AI performance by documenting comprehensive feedback, which will guide retraining efforts and improve content accuracy and quality.
- Evaluate content quality at scale, producing reports that highlight trends, recurring errors, and opportunities for optimization.
- Detect hallucinations, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies in AI outputs prior to publication, providing structured commentary to support continuous AI improvement.
- Identify underlying patterns behind content errors and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop systemic solutions that enhance AI workflows and content production processes.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in content editing, AI content review, or content operations roles.
- At least 1 year of direct experience working with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or similar platforms, demonstrating the ability to review, guide, and improve AI-generated content effectively.
- Strong editorial skills with mastery of English writing, including the ability to restructure and validate AI content to ensure it is publication-ready.
- Solid understanding of social media demographics and the capability to optimize content and campaign strategies for maximum engagement across various platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, including spoken English proficiency, as effective collaboration and interviews are essential.
- Advanced proficiency with generative AI, including experience using multiple AI tools, automating workflows, and customizing GPTs. Candidates who have only used AI for basic research or content generation will not meet the requirements.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- This is a contract-based, full-time remote position offering a competitive monthly salary of Rs 670,000.
- Candidates will receive support to successfully pass Crossover platform assessments. A 50% commission applies to all payments processed via Payoneer, with full access to the Payoneer account required solely for payment purposes until the contract concludes.
