Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team and actively promote our coworking space services. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in increasing occupancy by building strong relationships with clients and successfully closing sales. This role demands proactive outreach to potential customers, providing thorough information about our offerings, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting our coworking space services through multiple channels such as phone calls, emails, face-to-face meetings, and networking events. You will conduct guided tours of the facility for prospective clients, emphasizing the unique features and benefits that set our space apart. Building and nurturing relationships with startups, freelancers, and small businesses is essential to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.

Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries is a key part of this role. You will provide detailed information on pricing, available services, and amenities to help clients make informed decisions. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress in the CRM system is critical for tracking performance and ensuring seamless communication.

Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets is expected to support the company’s growth objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the operations and marketing teams to align sales efforts with ongoing promotions and campaigns, ensuring a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and retention.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of sales experience is required, preferably in coworking spaces, real estate, hospitality, or service industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential to succeed in this role. A customer service mindset with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with clients is also critical.

Job Type and Compensation
This is a full-time, on-site position. The monthly salary ranges from Rs 50,000 to Rs 60,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
