Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and professional individual with 1 to 3 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or lead generation, ideally with a background in SEO or digital marketing. The successful candidate will be fluent in English, demonstrating excellent spoken and written communication skills along with strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities. This role demands a self-driven, target-oriented professional who can work flexible shifts aligned with US or UK markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telemarketing and lead generation activities focused on promoting SEO and digital marketing services.
- Engage potential clients effectively, addressing their objections and persuading them to consider our offerings.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure lead generation strategies align with overall business objectives.
- Adapt to working hours based on the target market, including shifts aligned with US or UK time zones.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or lead generation roles.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion skills and confident objection-handling capabilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in attitude and approach.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs100,000.
- The work location is hybrid remote based in Lahore, Gulberg Colony, with options for both in-person and remote work.
- The expected start date for this role is July 1, 2025.
