Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team, focusing on USA real estate acquisitions. The ideal candidate will handle both inbound and outbound calls, professionally engage potential customers, and efficiently close property deals. Strong English communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-centric mindset are crucial to succeed in this role and consistently achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm. Building rapport and establishing trust through effective and persuasive communication is essential. The role demands excellent fluency in English to ensure clear and impactful conversations with prospects. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction goals is a core part of the position. The consultant will use negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals successfully while providing exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving concerns. Collaboration with team members is also important to achieve collective goals and improve overall performance.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably within a BPO environment. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory, with clear articulation and proper grammar. Strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities are required to effectively close deals. Additionally, exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills are necessary. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team is essential for this role.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with at least three years of experience in the BPO industry will be given preference. Prior experience in cold calling and B2B sales is advantageous but not mandatory. This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive salary up to PKR 120,000, complemented by a commission and bonus structure. The commission is PKR 10,000 for every contract closed, along with a closing bonus of PKR 40,000 per deal. Paid training will be provided to enhance your skills and industry knowledge. Notably, this role does not require cold calling; the focus is on engaging with interested prospects. The total monthly pay range is Rs120,000 to Rs160,000, reflecting base salary plus commissions and bonuses.
