Job Summary
As a Sales Officer at PakWheels.com, you will be instrumental in accelerating vehicle sales for our partner dealers and private sellers. Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing and overseeing vehicle listings for assigned customers. This includes visiting seller locations to upload and update car details accurately. Coordination with inspection teams is essential to ensure vehicles are certified in a timely manner.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries through multiple channels such as phone calls, SMS, and WhatsApp is a critical part of the role. You will provide detailed and engaging information about the available car stock to potential buyers, helping them make informed decisions.
Conducting site visits with prospective buyers at seller locations will allow you to apply effective sales techniques, showcase vehicles, and improve the overall customer buying experience.
You will also facilitate the seamless transfer of vehicle ownership from sellers to buyers, ensuring that all transaction procedures are completed correctly and efficiently.
Additionally, preparing and submitting detailed daily and weekly reports to management is required. These reports must follow the specified format and cover sales activities, customer engagement, and performance metrics to help track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential to succeed in this role.
A solid knowledge of automobiles, including familiarity with industry trends and market standards, is required to effectively engage with customers and understand their needs.
You should be persistent, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with a strong dedication to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is necessary. Additionally, familiarity with digital communication tools including the Internet and Email is expected to facilitate smooth interactions and reporting.
