Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Sales Representative, you will handle both inbound and outbound sales calls efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will assess customer needs carefully and recommend tailored solutions that best fit their requirements. Staying updated on product knowledge, promotions, and special offers is essential to provide accurate information and maximize sales opportunities.

Meeting and surpassing daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets is a core part of this role. You will deliver exceptional customer service to build strong, lasting relationships with clients. Accurate documentation of all customer interactions in the CRM system is required to maintain data integrity and support follow-ups.

You will also address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with team members is vital to achieve collective sales goals and foster a supportive work environment.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have between 2 to 8 years of experience in sales or customer service roles, demonstrating a proven track record of success. Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Strong interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to persuade and influence customers positively. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, proactive, and highly focused on achieving targets. Being a quick learner with effective problem-solving skills will help you adapt to evolving customer needs and company processes.

Experience using CRM tools and sales management systems is required to manage customer data and sales activities efficiently. Availability to work night shifts from Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, is necessary to align with the team’s schedule.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Mugshei Pvt Ltd offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 80,000 per month, commensurate with experience, along with attractive commission incentives to reward your sales performance.
