Call Center Executive

Job Summary
We are currently looking for both fresh and experienced candidates to join our team as International Callers. This role involves making outbound calls to clients based in the United States, requiring excellent English communication skills. Key Responsibilities
As an International Caller, your primary responsibility will be to conduct outbound calls to US-based clients, ensuring that every interaction is clear, professional, and aligned with the company’s standards. You will act as a representative of the company, delivering services that meet client expectations while maintaining a high level of customer service throughout all communications. Meeting daily and weekly performance targets set by management is essential to succeed in this role. Your ability to communicate effectively and professionally will be critical in fostering positive client relationships and enhancing the company’s reputation.

Required Qualifications
Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement for this position, as you will be communicating directly with international clients. We welcome candidates with educational backgrounds ranging from Matriculation to Intermediate or Bachelor’s degrees. Both fresh graduates and those with previous experience in outbound calling or similar roles are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This position offers a competitive fixed salary complemented by uncapped commissions, allowing motivated individuals to significantly increase their earnings based on performance. In addition to the base pay, daily and weekly incentives are provided to reward consistent achievement and dedication. The monthly salary can reach up to Rs40,000, depending on your experience and results.

The job is based in Karachi, with a preference for candidates residing near Gulshan-e-Iqbal to facilitate easy commuting.
